Their First Look
When we first arrived to Western Sky we found ourselves in such a calm and down-to-earth atmosphere. The ladies listen to RnB while getting ready and we we were definitely dancing along a little while taking photos of their detail and prep. Once they finished up we couldn’t wait for their first look.
We led Liz out to meet Britt in front of their venue in an open area. The weather was perfect with plenty of sun and sparse clouds. When Liz turned around her smile was so contagious we couldn’t stop smiling. We followed up with some of our favorite portraits from their day before they went back inside to prepare for their ceremony.
Tears at the Altar
We love, love, love wedding vows. It’s a time couples talk about all of the perfections and imperfections about their partner that make them fall in love with them again everyday. You feel comfortable to pour your heart out in front of your family and friends and be truly vulnerable. We’ve noticed in our years of capturing weddings that wedding vows are the most special time of a wedding day. Liz and Britt’s vows were a beautiful representation of how they can also be really, really hilarious. It was amazing to see their community of friends and family share that moment with them.
